Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Area

  • Free delivery within 50km radius of Epping, VIC 3076 
  • Outside 50km: freight charges apply and must be confirmed prior to dispatch

  1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (subject to stock availability). Bulk or special orders may require extended lead times.

  1. Access Requirements

Customer must ensure:

  • Safe and clear delivery access
  • Appropriate unloading facilities (e.g., forklift for pallet deliveries if required)
  • No site hazards

If delivery fails due to access issues, redelivery and storage fees may apply.

  1. Risk and Title

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Title of the goods does not pass until full payment has been received.

  1. Authority to Leave

If authority to leave is provided, responsibility transfers upon delivery confirmation.
