Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy operates subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to:
- Refund or replacement for major failure
- Repair or replacement for minor failure
Major Failure
A major failure includes goods that:
- Are unsafe
- Are significantly different from description
- Are not fit for disclosed purpose
- Cannot be remedied within reasonable time
Change of Mind
We may accept change-of-mind returns provided:
- Request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Goods are unused and in original packaging
- Goods are in resaleable condition
- Customer pays return freight
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut products
- Special order items
- Opened or installed insulation
- Clearance or discounted goods (unless faulty)
Damaged in Transit
Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
