Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy operates subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to:

  • Refund or replacement for major failure
  • Repair or replacement for minor failure
  1. Major Failure

A major failure includes goods that:

  • Are unsafe
  • Are significantly different from description
  • Are not fit for disclosed purpose
  • Cannot be remedied within reasonable time
  1. Change of Mind

We may accept change-of-mind returns provided:

  • Request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Goods are unused and in original packaging
  • Goods are in resaleable condition
  • Customer pays return freight

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut products
  • Special order items
  • Opened or installed insulation
  • Clearance or discounted goods (unless faulty)
  1. Damaged in Transit

Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
