  • Moisture damage caused by improper vapour barrier placement
  • Fire hazards caused by incorrect clearance from downlights, flues, or electrical components
  • Condensation due to poor ventilation

Customers and installers must:

  • Follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Comply with National Construction Code (NCC)
  • Ensure electrical safety clearances
  • Ensure suitability for intended application

Improper installation voids product performance expectations.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
